I Stayed here for a couple of weeks in April/May, Its a easy place to settle into, with everything you need to get by. The free bus rides are a great bonus although everything is easily walked to if you prefer. I had a single room which was clean and comfortable. The only gripe I have is "I wish I'd done it 25 years ago".Many Thanks

The very first hostel I stayed in ever and it has really set the bar, I ended up staying there over 5 months,sad case you might say but I had so much fun there on the piss with friends AND staff plus also it is the cheapest hostel in Brisbane by a mile. I recomend it to everyone I meet on my travels.

I tell you the truth. I dont want to leave because you were my first place in Australia and i think it will be difficult to find a hostel as wicked as this one.

When we first arrived here we were both starting to feel homesick but as soon as we settled in this felt like home. Wix - love you mate, your music has inspired us. Simon - you have such a big heart, we will miss you in the mornings. Kelly - dont ever change, you all the nicest people we've ever met. Alyssa - stay sane! Natalie - thanks for everything - including the late checkout, we have had a wicked time here and have met the most fantastic people! We will never forget - pub crawls, the bbqs, The Coolabah (ouch!), "oh yeah" and the 42c heat! See you next year.

This place is like the "Hotel California", you can check out any time of year, but you can never leave.....! Had the best stay, special thanks and big kisses to Bob, Birty, and Wix. Hope you all stay as mad as you are now - dont ever change cose you guys rock. Hope 2 be back again soon.

Glad this place could conger up a room when Brisbane was full. It was the best place to stay all round. Relaxed people and pool, home comforts, no stress and the only heart of town you'd like to bother with.

Harry is such a hunk. He is a modern day Sean Connery.
